What are the cancellation rules for these bookings?

This information can be found in either the Terms and Conditions field on the brochure page, or at the bottom of most AT&T pages, under the link Terms and Conditions. Simply click on the link Terms and Conditions and read through the information to find the points you need. If you have a confirmed booking, this information is also located at the bottom of your AT&T voucher.

Can I book over the telephone?

Yes, you can book over telephone. Also, we offer 24 hour, 7 days a week customer service via email to support your booking questions. AT&T Customer Service guarantees turnaround within 24 hours, and most requests are answered within 4-8 hours.

What hotels does this tour pick up from?

Relevant travel service provider details are located on your AT&T voucher. It is suggested that you attach the Itinerary to the travel voucher so that you have all the information at your fingertips upon arriving at the destination.

What days does this tour operate?

The tour starts on the date and day given by you to AT&T. Our office representative will come at airport to transfer you to your resepective hotel. Once you arrive hotel the AT&T's office representative will give you every information related to your tour.

Can you check availability for me?

Availability differs depending on the type of travel service booked. Once AT&T receive a request, email from you then will work on the particular travel service to get it confirmed for you. In 99% AT&T replies back within 6 hours excluding the time difference.

Are there different times of departure for this tour?

The departure point of all the tours will be your  hotel. AT&T's car, guide will report at your hotel to take you on the tour.

I'm not staying in a hotel, what is the closest pick up point? Do you pick up from private residences?

Yes, AT&T can pick you up from the private residence but the charges may apply for the same. You need no send an email on info@seaindia.com to confirm the charges for the same.

 

Do I need a Visa or passport or are there any special health requirements for this tour?

AT&T also offers advice or information on visas, passports or health requirements. For this, the traveller has to email AT&T on info@seaindia.com to inquire about the same. Also,  as these requirements are subject to change without notice, it is recommended that foreign visa, passport and health requirements are investigated prior to travel.

I am travelling in a group - do you cater for groups and/or have a group discount program?

AT&T accepts a maximum of 8 passengers per booking at one time. The travel services AT&T offers are specialized for independent travelers and small groups. Yes AT&T do offer special group discounts depending upon the people in the group.

Can I book this when I get there?

Yes, AT&T products can be booked online, via email, when you in New Delhi (India) and over phone. It is recommended you pre book your travel service to avoid disappointment as many of the AT&T tours and products are popular, and can be sold out early.

What languages are available for this tour?

The majority of the tours and services provided by AT&T are available in English only. If the traveller wants any other language guide apart from English then, he/she should email to AT&T on info@seaindia.com mentioning their requirement. Another languages guides, Escorts are available  on charges basis.

Can you send me a brochure?

Our brochure pages are electronic and are only displayed on the web. You should find all the information you need about your desired travel product on these brochure pages. If there are other details you would like to know that are not specified anywhere on these pages, please contact the AT&T Customer Service team via email.

I would like a quote for a travel product

You can receive a quote for any AT&T products online at any time that suits you. Just click on the Customized tour link to design your tour package. Enter the dates you desire to travel, the number of people required, and submit the form. AT&T will reply to you within 6 hours excluding the time difference. 

How far in advance can I book?

It is recommended that you should book your tour atleast 2 months prior to travel to get your desired accomdation easily. Also, as far as booking in advance is concerned you can book 1 year in advance for 2-50 people and over 50 people in group you may book  1.5 years before.

I don't know what date I'm traveling yet, can I book a product and leave it open dated?

Yes you can final the tour package and once you are decided with your dates then email AT&T on info@seaindia.com to book your arrangements as per your arrival adn departure dats. 

Are there discounts for booking more than one tour?

AT&T uses the services of  travel providers worldwide and each booking is made separately with each travel provider. Therefore, AT&T cannot offer discounts for multiple bookings.

Can you tell me what hotels are close to the departure point?

If you require information about services outside of what is provided for by AT&T, we advise that you contact AT&T on info@seaindia.com. ur customer care will send you the hotel lists with the website link for your reference.

I'd like a customized tour for myself and/or my group

AT&T offers a wide range of individual tours, events and attractions, however cannot arrange customized tours. If you require something a little different to what's available online in our product range, please send us an email on info@seaindia with your requirements and our customer care will get back to you very soon with the information.

I have not received a reply to my emails

Some email internet providers can mark general booking emails such as those sent from AT&T as "spam" - please check your spam folder for previous email replies. If you have your spam filter set on the highest ranking, only emails from senders in your address box will go into your inbox. Any other emails (such as replies from internet sites you have booked on) will go into a "spam" folder. These emails can sit in this folder for up to 7 days and then your email system will automatically delete them.

When do I receive confirmation of my booking?

The confirmation process depends upon the booking conditions. Most tours are confirmed at time of booking, however others will be advised to you within 24 hours. If confirmation or otherwise is not received within 24 hours, please contact AT&T Customer Service for further assistance.
