DAY 1: ABROAD - DELHI -             

Arrive Delhi meet assist at airport, welcome with fresh flower garlands and transfer to your respective hotel.

 

DAY 2: DELHI - AGRA -             

After breakfast morning city tour of Delhi.

More About Delhi:- India’s capital city, Delhi is the second most widely used entry point into the country, being on the route of most major airlines. It is well linked by rail, air and road to all parts of the country. The remains of seven distinctive capital cities – among them Shahjahanabad and Qutab Minar – can be seen. Here, museums, art galleries and cultural centers attract the finest exhibitions and performances from India and abroad.

Tourist Attractions:- OLD DELHI (Jama Masjid, Rajghat, Gandhi Memorial Museum) & NEW DELHI (Laxmi Narayan Temple, India Gate, Qutab Minar, Rashtrapati Bhawan, Lotus Temple).

PM - Drive by private A/C car to Agra. On arrival check into your respective hotel.

DAY 3: AGRA - JHANSI - KHAJURAHO            

After breakfast city tour of Agra including Taj Mahal and Agra Fort.

More About Agra:-Agra was once the capital of the Mughal empire and even today it seems to linger in the past. Not surprising, for the Mughal emperors with their passion for building, endowed the city with some of the finest structures in the world. It is very easy to slip away here through the centuries into the grandeur and intrigues of the Mughal court. Agra is an old city and it is said that its name was derived from Agrabana, a forest thats finds mention in the epic Mahabharta.

Tourist Attractions:- Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Itmad-Ud-Daulah's Tomb, Fatehpur Sikri.

AFTERNOON:- Transfer to Agra railway station for express train to Jhansi departure at 1355 hrs. Arrive Jhansi at 1710 hrs. Meet assist ar railway station and further drive by private A/C car to Khajuraho. On arrivel check into your respective hotel.

DAY 4: KHAJURAHO - VARANASI - Flight            

After breakfast morning city tour of Khajuraho.

More about Khajuraho:-The small village of Khajuraho in Madhya Pradesh has an important place in the map of Indian tourism. This village houses several temples from the 9th through the 13th centuries, built in the Indo Aryan Nagara style of architecture, embellished with a profusion of sculptural work. Around the temples are bands of fine work, depicting several aspects of life, over a 1000 years ago, portraying gods, goddesses, musicians, animals, etc.

Tourist Attractions:- The Temples of Khajuraho (Kandariya Mahadev, Chaunsat Yogini temple, Chitragupta temple, Varaha Temple, Parswanath Jain Temple, Brahma, Vamana and Javari Temples).

AFTERNOON - Transfer to Khajuraho airport for flight to Varanasi. Arrive Varanasi meet assist ar airport and transfer to your respective hotel.

More About Varanasi:- Varanasi or Benaras is one of the oldest city in India. It is here, in Varanasi, that the Hindu world converges to partake in an endless cycle of birth and death, life and salvation.

This ancient city of India is located on holiest river of India-Ganga. This relation is unique and has attracted thousands of pilgrims. One theory also goes that Varanasi is located on the land between the river Varuna and Assi hence the name Varanasi.

Tourist Attractions:- Ganga Ghats or Holy Ghats of River Ganges, Asi Ghat, Dasaswamedh Ghat, Kashi Vishwanath temple, Bharat Mata temple, Durga temple.

 

DAY 5: VARANASI - NEW JALPAIGURI - Train            

Early morning enjoy boat ride on holy river Ganges and explore Ghats.

Life in the city of Varanasi revolves around its over one hundred Ghats (river landings). The River Ganga flows from north to south, and the city forms a circular shape from the Asi ghat in the south up to the confluence of the Varuna river with the Ganga. Thousands of pilgrims come to bathe and worship in the river at the first light of dawn. Boat rides down the river in the morning are a very popular excursion.

After boat ride return back to hotel for breakfast. After breakfast excursion to Sarnath.

Sarnath:- This is is the place where Buddha chose to deliver his first sermon. The celebrated Mantra, 'Buddham Sharanam Gachhami', owes its origin to Sarnath. On the day before his death Buddha included Sarnath along with Lumbini, Bodh Gaya and Kushinagar as the four places he thought to be sacred to his followers. It makes Sarnath one of the most venerated Buddhist places. Besides Buddhism, Sarnath is also connected with Jainism.

There are many Buddhist monuments and edifices in Sarnath. Some of the important Buddhist monuments at Sarnath are the Dhamekha stupa, the Chaukhandi stupa and monasteries and temples of different schools of Buddhism from Japan, China, Thailand, Burma and others. The Indian Buddhist society called Mahabodhi Society maintains a park around the Buddha temple. The Mahabodhi Temple within the park has a tooth relic of the Buddha. There is also a vast expanse of ancient ruins at Sarnath. Several Buddhist structures were raised at Sarnath between the 3rd century BC and the 11th century AD, and today it presents the most expansive ruins amongst places on the Buddhist trail. The Ashoka pillar of Sarnath is the National emblem of India.

PM - Transfer to Varanasi railway station for overnight train to New Jalpaiguri departure at 2215 hrs.

DAY 6:  - DARJEELING -             

Arrive New Jalpaiguri at 1055 hrs. Meet assist at railway station and further drive by private car to Darjeeling. Arrive Darjeeling and transfer to your respective hotel.

More about Darjeeling:- The name Darjeeling is a composition of 'dorje' meaning 'thunderbolt' and 'ling' meaning 'place' ... 'the Land of Thunderbolt'. This beautiful hill station of Darjeeling lies in northern West Bengal, India. Darjeeling district lies between 26° 31' and 27° 13' north latitude and between 87° 59' and 88° 53' east longitude.
This little town founded by the two British officers during the British rule in India (Dr. Campbell and Lieut. Napier).

Tourist Attractions:- Tiger Hill, Observatory Hill, Darjeeling Toy Train, War Memorial & Batasia Loop, The Mall and Chowrasta, Tibeten Carpet weaving Center, Darjeeling Tea Gardens, Japanese Peace Pagoda, Buddhist Monasteries, Dhirdham Temple, Natural History Museum, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Himalayan Zoological Park and Snow Leopard Breeding Centre, Lloyds Botanical Garden : Darjeeling Rangeet Valley Passenger Ropeway, Ava Art Gallery.

DAY 7: DARJEELING - GANGTOK -             

After breakfast morning excursion to Ghoom Monastrt.

Ghoom Monastery:- The monastery is said to be built in 1875 by Lama Sherab Gyatso. It is considered to be one of the holiest monasteries as this was personally blessed by the renowned Tomo Geshe Rimpoche of Tibet. It is also said that the monastey keeps rare books on Buddhism . The monastery has a statue of the ‘Coming Buddha’ known as Maitreye Buddha.

After sightseeng of Ghoom Monastry enjoy Toy Train ride.

Toy Train:- The Mall road originates and culminates at the Chowrasta which is the hub of Darjeeling town, a square on the ridge of Darjeeling town and a good place to sit and relax. It is ideal for a leisurely walk around a setting that is perfect. A walk around The Mall is a must just at any time of the day with the pleasant view of the mountains, valleys with rhododendron trees and old houses.

PM - Drive by private A/C car to Gangtok. On arrivel check into your respective hotel.

DAY 8:  - GANGTOK -             

After breakfast city tour of Gangtok.

Gangtok presents a perfect example of harmony between traditions and modernity.

Tourist Attractions:- Kanchenjunga National Park, Gezing, Jorethang, Pelling, Khechepari Lake, Phodong, Yumthang Valley, Yuksom.

DAY 9: GANGTOK - BAGDOGRA - DELHI (Flight)            

After breakfast drive by private car to Bagdogra. Arrive Bagdogra and further transfer to Bagdogra airport for flight to Delhi.

Arrive Delhi meet assist at airport and transfer to local restuarant for dinner. After dinner transfer to Delhi International airport for flight back to home.

DAY 10: DELHI - ABROAD

Catch flight back to home.
